Making sustainability simple

A simple process for small business

No matter if you're a hair salon, nail and beauty clinic, cafe or business office, the Waste Free System is simple to implement into your normal business operations.

1. Measure your waste output

Our team will work with you to determine how much of each waste resource your business is producing. This will then form the basis of how we tailor the cost of the service for you, and can recommend market-tested methods to make the service as cost-neutral and net-positive as possible.

2. Starter kit and training

We want to make sure you're set up for success, so once we've delivered your start bin kit and marketing materials, we will train your staff on manage the process into their daily routines, how to make sure the right materials are being collected, and how to prepare for collection.

3. You're now a Waste Free business!

Each week as we collect, sort and process waste for your business, we update your Customer Portal with data from your service. This will show you in real time how much waste you have diverted from landfill, and what environmental impacts your business is having. You can share this data with your customers through your own marketing communications, as well as feature in Waste Free Systems marketing.

4. We recycle, reuse and repurpose

In our sorting and management facilities, we sort all collected waste based on the resource material. From there, waste is bailed, compacted, and prepared to shipping to a variety of processing suppliers who recycle, reuse or repurpose the waste. Only around 5% of everything we collect is not handled in this way.
