Waste Free Systems began in 2016, helping hair salons become more sustainable, and working to divert over 90% of their salon waste from landfill.
Family-owned and operated, we provide a highly personal approach to how we work with our partner salons. Our aim is to make sure that salons of every shape and size in the South East QLD region has the chance to make an impact beyond their chairs, and a strong alternative option for who they partner with the achieve this.
We operate a resource collection service (using our own drivers and team - not outsourced to couriers), and distribute select waste streams to various licensed third-party recyclers for processing, depending on the type of material.
